Alternative Views:

Allen Bradley 193-T1AC25 overload relay that is adjustable from 21 to 25 AMPS, has manual and automatic resets along with phase loss protection that protects motors in a lost phase condition. This thermal overload protects with class 10 tripping (trips in 10 seconds or less in over current situation) and includes both a reset and stop button. For motor protection of any 100-C25 contactor, the 193-T1AC25 mounts directly to the load side for easy installation and replacement.

Need a lower AMP rated contactor? Try the 193-T1AC21 for a range down to 17.5 AMPS.

Description Detailed Specifications

The Allen Bradley 193-T1AC25 bimetallic overload relays are ambient temperature compensated, ensuring that the tripping characteristic of the relay remains constant over an ambient temperature range of -20…+60 °C. These class 10 / 10A overload relays include a differential mechanism for high sensitivity to phase loss conditions and provide reliable motor protection in normal duty applications. In addition, they can be used to protect against overloads in DC-motor and variable frequency drive applications.

The trip rating for these AB 193 overloads is equal to 120% of the FLA (Full Load AMPS) of the motor it is protecting while the phase loss protection is set to 115% of the FLA. These overloads are trip Class 10, which means they will trip in 10 seconds of less in an overload situation. Each relay has a trip indication window which shows the status of the overload along with a test (manual) of the auxiliary contacts. All 193 series overloads conform to the following standards: IEC/EN 60497-1, -4-1, -5-1, UL508, CSA C22.2 No.14.
