The Eaton XTCR040D11 reversing contactor is rated for 40 AMPS, 15 H.P. at 230 volt and 30 H.P. at 460 volt 3 phase and comes with an AC or DC rated coil (must specify coil voltage below). Two front mounted auxiliaries with one normally open and one normally closed contacts are included with each contactor along with a mechanical interlock and wiring harnesses for simple and fast installation. The XTCR040D11 is comprised of two XTCE040D contactors that are mechanically interlocked and thermal overload relays are available to form a complete motor starter assembly.

The XTCR line of IEC power control reversing contactors was engineered to provide highly effective control and protection for a variety of loads, including motors, compressors, pumps, resistive, capacitor banks, isolation, and others. The XTCR040D11 reversing contactor set is comprised of two XTCE040D contactors mechanically and electrically interlocked for forward/reverse operation. These reversing contactors were developed with space restrictions in mind as the mechanical interlock does not increase the overall width of the unit, enabling it to fit in the most compact of areas. This Eaton XTCR set can be mounted on standard 35mm DIN rail or mounted to the back of the panel using the four mounting holes at the base of the unit.
