The Allen Bradley 193-1EFHZ is a separate panel or DIN rail mount electronic overload relay that is adjustable from 30 to 150 AMPS and works on any AB 100-C or 100-E series of contactors. With phase loss sensitivity, multiple trip class selection (10, 15, 20 or 30) and a set of normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts, the 193-1EFHZ is a complete solution for your motor protection needs. Please note, this overload relay requires external CT's and will not function without them.

Allen Bradley now offers the new E100 series of electronic overload protection with far superior motor protection technology than any existing overload relay in the market today. These solid state relays more precisely measure a motor's current load, analyze its temperature and instantaneously cuts power to the motor, thus preventing costly equipment damage due to overheating.
This new E100 series offers two categories of overloads: the basic category (193-1EE), which offers adjustable AMP ranges, Class 10 or Class 20 protection but only a manual reset option. The advanced category (193-1EF) also offers adjustable AMP ranges in addition to Class 10 through Class 30 trip selection and both manual and automatic resets. The 193-1EF series also comes with optional accessories, such as external reset adapters, DIN rail/panel mount brackets and electronic remote indication displays.
